The movie is based on the plot that depicts a poor guy from Benares falls in love with a beautiful, rich, upper-class girl right from his fresh days of childhood and faces it hard to confess it to her as a result of various family issues that he starts to face and also the community pressure. Soon as the story moves, Zoya shifts cities for her further studies, leaving behind her childhood her Kundan back in the village. Zoya is introduced to a completely different idealistic culture in her new space then comes the new turn Akram whom she falls in love with. The film takes a big turn as she returns to her village after eight years to find certain things to be just as same. Realizing the situation does Kundan move forward guilty and lost. Moving further, they face each other in the same idealistic field and it is a war.
