The movie is about the invasion of India during the colonial rule. The movie concentrates on the hardships of the natives during the Turkish kings. At the same time, the Mughals came for an invasion. There was a strong revolution against the invasion and forceful change of religion. Guru Tegh Bahadur who was one among the rebellions dedicated his life to the rights of common people. He was the 9th Guru of the Sikh. After him, an organization called Khalsa was established by Guru Gobind Singh for tackle the foreign invasion. His forces were mostly outnumbered but highly motivated. The movie depicts the battle of Chamkaur in which forty-two Sikh’s of the Khalsa defended against ten lakh Mughals. Even after bloodshed in the battlefield, the Sikh was not willing to surrender. Even though Mughals were high in numbers they failed to invade the Sikh territory. This led to the defeat of Mughals against the Sikh.
